Continuing my list from yesterday:
7) I need to build a variety of Top Blogs lists
- Top blogs this month, week, today, etc.
- Top blogs in category nnn
- Blogs with most comments this month, week, today, etc.
- Etc.
8) Introduce an Opt-In newsletter system
9) Add a “Who’s Online” facility – this will just list the number of members online, visitors online, etc.
10) Start producing the copywriting and content for the site.
11) Add Google Analytics
Ok – well, that’s five more to the list.
